Friends and Family,
Firstly we want to thank God for making it possible for us to get married and to be together.
As many of you may know, We (Alex and Karen) have known each other since birth. Our parents have been friends for over 30 years, since they lived in Chile. We would be seperated by distance for about 17 years. We re-met each other in Chile and from there we started our friendship which led to us dating (1 year later), engaged at the Sydney Opera House (2 years later).
We travelled and moved around the planet during our relationship from:
Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, Palmerston North, Toronto, Campinas, Santiago, Mantahue and others.......
To finally be together and married in Brazil at Karen's House on the 30th of June 2007.
Our relationship proves that even long distance relationships can work (Thanks to God) but we "strongly" urge people not to try it. It's not all easy.
If you are at this web site, created by us, it's because you are speacial to us and have been apart of the story of our life and wedding, so we wish to share our special day with you also.
We hope you enjoy it, because we enjoyed making it for you.
